Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would first check u put in the code right. 99% of the time there is a number or letter wrong. after that call Best Buy support and work the problem with them. they can replace it if it doesn't work

I had no issues adding the code that came on the paper once my previous subscription expired. It worked perfectly in updating my subscription for the one month period.
