Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It appears that it is only for new members only if you only had xbox live and this is the first time using xbox gamepass will work. If you are a xbox gamepass member it would not work
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would first check u put in the code right. 99% of the time there is a number or letter wrong. after that call Best Buy support and work the problem with them. they can replace it if it doesn't work

I had no issues adding the code that came on the paper once my previous subscription expired. It worked perfectly in updating my subscription for the one month period.
