Does this come with a screw for a motherboard? null

No it doesn’t. The screw should have come with the Motherboard. Nevertheless is not difficult to get a screw for it

my mother board had to screw in it so i was thinking that is where you get that from neither one of the m2 screw in it.

No it does not, when I installed it, the laptop had a spring mechanism that holds it down.

No. however, my lenovo desktop had a plastic post in place to mount the drive.
