Is this compatible with steam deck? null

I believe the steam deck requires a M.2 2230 size ssd, this is a 2280. So to answer your question, I think this is way too big for the steam deck.

It is too big for the steam deck internaly but you can use it inside an enclosure and connect it via the USB-C port to store and play games.
