“Does installing this do anything to void any warranty on a ps5?”

This question is for: WD - BLACK SN850 2TB Internal SSD PCIe Gen 4 x4 NVMe with Heatsink for PS5 and Desktops

No as long as you do it properly and dont cause any damage when installing. Sony also says remove it before sending it in for repairs.

It does NOT void the warranty when done the proper way. They have tutorials on how you should install this item.

Its one of the supported SSD option from Sony so no it does not void the warranty.

I wouldn’t think so, Sony has instructions for the average user to install it so I would say I highly doubt it.
