“What is wrong with Best Buy? Why are they charging over $1,200 for the 4TB, and over $2,200 for the 8TB. This is directly from Best Buy, and not some bogus third party seller that they're doing now. Absolutely disgusting business practices in my opinion.”

Hi Damian, As of February 2025, Western Digital has separated into two independent companies and the support process for your Western Digital and Sandisk branded products may have changed.
