No, you would need the NVMe M.2 hard drive to upgrade this. Even then you would have to image over the original drive to the new drive. For that you would need to have another computer or external drive adapter to mount and special software to copy the image to the new drive. Or install Windows 10 fresh. Not for the less technically inclined person to attempt but there is instructional videos on youtube or Bestbuy has services for this.
