• If you mean to store video files, yes, it will work. But, depending on the number of files and size, you may want a 2tb or 3tb drive.

• hi, your question is irrelevant, as this is just "storage" and its basically extra or bigger storage for your system, now if your system is fast/reliable for video editing this will be a good addition. "always though remember to keep BACKUPS"

• Yes, any hard drive can be used for video editing. If you'd like faster video editing though, I would upgrade the processor and video card of the computer.

• Can you? Yes. Should you? No. Choose a dedicated powered hard drive. This drive is meant for portability, not speed. It is powered through the USB 3.0 cable instead of having dedicated power.
