Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.no they are great there is a lot of people that are not so honest and swap the sticker off their bad oem hdd and say its bad to get a free $170 hdd and either use that as well as the 1 they bought or return that and get their money back

The 15-day return policy guarantees you can't get an exchange or refund, because it takes that long to exhaust all the ways of getting it installed if it doesn't work first crack out of the barrel. In my case, it might have worked, but I couldn't get the OS to load on it. By the time I tried everything (including waiting for the computer manufacturer to send fresh OS CDs), the 15 days had expired.
