If the lenovo ideacentre AIO 330 uses a 3.5 inch disk, it will support this disk. A quick search seems to indicate that it does. You will need to 1) clone your existing drive to the new drive, so that Windows and your applications and data will be on the new disk, and your computer will continue to work just like it is. Or 2) install the new disk, then install Windows and your applications, starting from scratch.
