It doesn't come with any cables or connectors. Typically the manufacturer of your computer will install enough power and data cables to serve all the drive bays, used or empty. Open the box and take a look. Usually they are hanging in place, sometimes in a side storage area.

No, that is an extra purchase but pretty cheap at Best Buy.
