No it doesn’t. But you can take it to a place to get cloned or buy software or hardware to do so. If you do it yourself. You will need a dual drive hot swap cloner. If you use software to clone you will need a hot swap bay in your computer or an external hot swap usb device or a spare SATA port in your computer.
