This should fit depending on the exact model Tablo you have. This will replace the internal storage of those Tablo devices that support internal storage. For other devices that require external USB devices, this drive will not work. You'll need an external USB model. For more details you can visit Tablo's website, click Support, enter the search phrase "What kind of Hard Drives does Tablo support?" and check the answers returned in the knowledgebase section.
