The Xbox Series X cannot play games that are made only specifically for the Series Consoles on an External Hard-Drive. The only way you can play Xbox Series optimized games is off the Internal Storage or through the Expansion Cards
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Non optimized games are better on 3.0 externals this is meant for x\s and optimized games
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.this adds storage to what u already have on the stock console. an external hard drive is different in the sense being it is like a storage locker for extra stuff u have at home. this ads space to ur home for that extra stuff. games and save data only.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, Please allow me to inform you that you could extend the memory of your device using the WD Black C50 Expansion card and play the games directly from it , allowing you to suspend your current game, play a different game, then come back to the first game as if you never left. For more information about the drive, refer to the link: https://www.westerndigital.com/en-in/products/external-drives/wd-black-c50-expansion-card-for-xbox-ssd?sku=WDBMPH5120ANC-WCSN -Need Help?
