Absolutely. You would need to transfer the game to the card but once there, you can play it. And I was able to get roughly 15-20 games (depending on game GB) extra with the card.

If you have it stored on this expansion card then it will play off of this expansion card, no need to have it saved directly on the console storage to run (and that includes games optimized for Series S/X).
