• Lol! I know, right? That’s driven me nuts for years as well. Rule of thumb: if they don’t mention 7200, it’s a safe bet it isn’t. They would probably brag if it was!

• Any drive of this size is usually 5400. Speed goes up, price goes up.

• Did you look at the WD website? Not that that is definitive; I have seen a number of comments and reviews that says both, so it might depend on when the drive was assembled.
