A:AnswerYes it will but I had problems installing on my computer. I consulted with someone who knew more about computers than I did. He had to go to the manufacture’s website for more information. Could have been my computer but it is now working and backing up.
A:AnswerYes. It will work with a PC or Mac. Mine came formatted for a PC, but I was using on a Mac. If you were to get one formatted for the wrong operating system, you can easily reformat it.
A:AnswerYes as long as both computers can read it. For Apple and PC use EX FAT as formatting. for system images like Time machine. not for different operating systems like Apple and Windows. Apple uses Journaled for this and Windows wont read it. you may partition this drive to work on both though.Just use different formats.
