Don't feel too bad. Had to get cust svc to register it, even tho my info was verified and they said it was correct. Then had to get cust svc to install it because each time I tried to install it, it opened a window telling me I 'need 20 drivers for my PC. A cheesy sales pitch while I am trying to install it !!!I could not even close the window, nor could I install it. Had to do contr alt delete to get away from it and reboot. After 3 attempts, got cust svc to walk me thru installation . Now I cannot even open it, although I can find it. Will not display, and the logo they provided for my desktop goes back to the window demanding I buy the '20 drivers ' my PC needs. If I don't find a video on you tube that will help me, I am going to return it and buy ANY other brand. Most USER HOSTILE device I ever saw, no exceptions.
