Please try again later.I never heard of anything like that and we need to know more information because the only way that a router is really designed to work is to allow computers, cell phones, gaming, consuls, and whatever to connect to it via Wi-Fi I don’t think an external hard drive has anything to do with that. I don’t believe it will act as an antenna because it’s just an external hard drive. It’s just meant to hold data like pictures and files and movies and things like that and music. I don’t think it has anything to do with what you’re trying to do.
