Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I use it for my PS4 it works great. You would connect the external drive to a usb port on the ps4 then in settings look for the devices menu and you should find external storage/drives and it'll format for the ps4.

Please try again later.if you want to watch movies off this by plugging it in, I haven't been able to use it. it apparently won't work. im not sure if its because its a large hard drive to what but if you find out how to make it work I would like to hear. There are internal HD that you can use to upgrade your PS4. I have read some comments of large size hard drives that people say work well for that kind of use. Read some of the reviews on best buys internal hard drives.
