• No! Once formatted for Xbox, it can't be used for any other storage without formatting it again (deleting everything). No hard drive can be used like this due to the security measures of Xbox, to protect from installing mods/ hacks.

• I am not familiar with Xbox. But if it has Mac OS I think you can use it for both devices. This hard drive is for Windows system and you need to reformat it for Mac OS. So you can not to use it for two different OS at the same time.

• An iMac, yes, you just have to re-format the drive for Mac via Disk Utility. Not sure about the Xbox one though.
