“When I try and download the WD Discovery, it always gets to about 66% and then asks for a password. I don't know how I would have set a password with WD when I was just downloading it, and have no idea what other password they would be wanting. Help!”

Can't help you there, I don't use the programs that came on it, I put them in a folder separate and I use it like an SD card I just put everything on it I want. There is no problem with this if just used for storage, I hope this helps you, I just don't touch the software that comes with it.
