“It took forever to transfer 26 gb of information. The only thing I can open on the hard drive are my songs. None of my Word documents will open, nor will my photos. (I use Picasa for my all my photos which it is not recognizing.) Help please!”

I didn't drag and drop, I followed the directions selecting the folders for the program to download. Could it be that I'm using Windows 2000? I really couldn't find my answers in the link you provided? I have since uninstalled and am getting ready to return to Best Buy as it's just not working?
