Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. I use an earlier (3-year old) Toshiba 1Tb as backup/time machine drive on a MacPro edit station - runs like a champ. You have to reformat to Mac OS when you first use it and that’s easy to do (unlike with a recent WD drive, which was a little bit of a hassle to reformat). Then you’re good to go.

Please try again later.Lauri, Sorry, I cannot answer your question but I erred when I thought this device was the "My Passport" remote hard drive I use with my Lenovo Yoga 710. Which works great! I believe this device was used by the install team from Geek Squad when they installed my 65" TV but not sure.
