“A friend downloaded about 5,000 photos for me on a WD EasyStore. He is a PC Windows guy. What are the steps to connect / access my EasyStore photos with my MacBook Pro on my eMali or Photos. I plug in the WD Easystore but do not get a "device" listing”

Hi Age80Rookie, The WD My Easystore external hard drive comes pre-formatted for Windows computer. The hard drive can be reformatted in a supported filesystem for Mac OS.
