QuestionHow many (large file) pictures will this external drive hold? I have boxes of photos I inherited from my late parents that I want to scan them onto an external drive so they do not take space up on my desktop OS. Will the folder names be saved?

QuestionI bought an Easystore from Best Buy and I figured out how to see the Word documents it has saved, but is there any way to open them? On Easystore they have a blank icon instead of the regular Word icon. I have a Dell Inspiron. Thank you!

- Answer The drive ships as NTFS which a Mac can read but not write to. Launch Disk Utility, select the drive, and erase it as macOS Extended (Journaled) **not case-sensitive!!** with GUID (not MBR). It will then be a "Mac" disk suitable for data storage or TimeMachine use.
