Can I back up more than one computer on it? null

Yes we can back it up for more than one computer. In my case, I was able to install it on my Mac after a little bit confusing steps. Then as soon as I connected the easystore device to my PC, I can use it right away without further installation.

Yes. But only if it is plugged into said computer when scheduled backup is run AND depending on what UTILITY you are using to backup (utility should have functionality to choose folder to use for bsckups).
