• You need to format the drive to work for your PS4. It will be under storage settings/set-up in your PS4 menus.

• I use mine on an Xbox. At first it did not register and I couldn't figure out why. However, after restarting with it plugged in, it registered as a drive and was able to format it. Working great now and hasn't been an issue since.
