pretty sure you can't do that as external hard drives need to be formatted for the playstation so won't be recognised on a pc. The only work around I can think of is copy files back to your playstation then from there onto your new hard drive - would take a while though !
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just make sure that you use the old PS4’s transfer interface to transfer the saves correctly. Otherwise, you’ll have issues. Also, format to exFAT If all you are going to do is use it for game saves. The transfer process will take some time to complete.
