I personally have never had an easystore drive sleep or hibernate. If your router has a USB port you should be able to plug the easystore into it and share it's stored files with other computers attached to the network. If your router does not have a USB port you can attach the easystore to an always on computer and share it to the network that way.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think it's designed to go to sleep after idling for a while. However, if it's connected to the router, when the router starts using it, it should wake up again.
