The disk is USB attached so you would need a computer or router on your home network that can create a "share" that other devices can "connect to". I think you want a device with a network attachment which has a very minimal computer builtin that lets it connect to the network and share it's internal disk. Look for something that's described as a personal NAS or backup drive, and make sure it has either an Ethernet port or that it can connect to your network using WiFi.
