• No. It is a single external box with a single SATA->USB controller inside it. You can't take the drive out and swap it (without damage to the case) or put additional drives in it.

• This external drive has no hub function, and you cannot connect USB drives to it. Consider a USB hub if you're limited to 1 USB port.

• No, but with a little work it can be pried open and you can replace the included 8TB Western Digital Red with a higher-capacity 3.5" SATA drive.
