• It is a standard connector. It is a USB mico USB Type B 3.0. They are common on external Hard Drives and were in a few phones before USB C became common.

• You have to line up the cable the same way as the hard drive. Make sure to use the one supplied in the box.

• It does not have the standard USB drive slot. You must use the cord that came with it.
