• I don’t know what type of OS you’re running. You may have to make it compatible with the OS you’re running on- Windows or Mac ? Once you make it compatible with the OS, then it should work. Good luck.

• You might not have formatted the drive correctly. If it's not formatted right then you can't save anything to it.

• Make sure the drive id formatted Extended Fat. NTFS or Fat if using windows.
