• Yes, I just schucked a drive that I bought during the pre-Black Friday sales and it had a white label WD80EZAZ with 256MB cache inside.

• They all have White Labels now, what drive is anyone's guess. EASYSTORE'S now come with a TWO year warranty instead of THREE years, so assume a lower quality drive is being used, MYBOOK'S old and new versions (orange box) both still come with a THREE year warranty, so assume a higher quality drive is contained in them. There is a reason the price has dropped dramatically on these.
