Technically you could but you would have to set that up with your computer by setting up remote access to your pc at home through Windows while the drive is plugged into your pc and kept on. I think what you're looking for is a NAS setup, but this isn't a NAS drive so you should look into NAS storage set up if that's what you're looking for.
