• Yes i believe it will. Just format it for the Mac, or I believe you can format for "xfat" which would be able to be read by both pc or Mac

• Yes, this drive DOES work with a Mac. Depending on your needs, you might need to format the drive with OSX's Disk Utility. If this will only be used in a Mac environment, you may want to format it as either an HFS+ format(Mac only). If you would like to share the drive between Mac and Windows systems, your best option would be to format the drive as either an ExFat or FAT32 file system; they can be read by both Mac and Windows machines. • Yes, but it must be formatted/reformatted to do so. Instructions can be found on WD's website. Just a note. It can work for Microsoft OR Apple/Mac, but not both. At least that's what I have been led to believe.
