Yes i believe it will. Just format it for the Mac, or I believe you can format for "xfat" which would be able to be read by both pc or Mac

If this will only be used in a Mac environment, you may want to format it as either an HFS+ format(Mac only). If you would like to share the drive between Mac and Windows systems, your best option would be to format the drive as either an ExFat or FAT32 file system; they can be read by both Mac and Windows machines.
