• No it does not; I use the brackets from the hard drive I'm replacing.

• The hard drive only comes with 4 screws to attach it to a mounting bracket. I don't recall any hard drive that comes with a bracket. That is normally purchased separate.

• No, just a bare drive, you will need to re-use your laptop bracket for mounting

• This drive did not come with mounting brackets. I believe it is intended for replacement of defective drive or in systems with internal mounts. Hope this helps.
