these drives are work horses and extremely easy to install. They are quiet and fast and have the WD Longevity. Of course the knowledgeable sales staff at Best Buy make finding what you are looking for quick and easy and they are always willing to go the extra mile!

This was an awesome purchase for me. The hard drive in my laptop died. I went and picked up this one and in a matter of minutes it was installed in my laptop and formatting. Laptop is now as good as new.

The low price made it economically feasible to repair rather than replace an otherwise good but older model laptop with a dead hard drive. This 320GB replacement was actually cheaper than the 250GB original. Had Geek Squad install it under a 3 computer maintenance contract so installation was a "breeze".

I looked for an inexpensive replacement hard drive for my girlfriend's Mac Book Pro, which had crashed. I looked on Amazon and Ebay. I could of paid for a cheaper hard drive and save 5 dollars. Good value and easy install in an old (2007) laptop. Didn't want to spend a lot and this made for an easy rescue of my old laptop. Did a clean Windows 8.1 install and machine is incredibly responsive compared to the old Vista OS. No more hard drive thrashing.

I buy these hard drives on a regular basis. Many laptops come with this exact same model from the factory. I've never had to look for drivers. It's pretty much just plug and play, and relaod the OS. It's great to find them on the shelf at an affordable price.
