• from the Toshiba website and specs on your Satellite, it should, but its also smaller size than what's in there now.

• If your laptop takes a SATA hard drive, then this will work fine.

• If it takes a laptop SATA hard drive -- look on specs on manufacturer website to be sure but it probably does

• Yes, this item is compatible with that model since it has Windows 8 and USB ports (make sure you plug it into the USB 3 port, though, for the best performance).
