I'm 70 years old and I set up the weekly backup that will run automatically! It works extremely well and I don't even know that it is silently doing what it is supposed to do! The unit comes with all the necessary power cords! If I can get it running anyone can do the same! I have to admit that I have a computer background and also used to instruct on how to use programs before retiring! This HD has been one of the best, least complicated purchases I've ever made!
