• They are on the hard drive. If you want, you can burn it to a CD (total disk size is 263 MB). Because it's so small, I moved it to a folder on the 5TB drive named "Original software"

• No CD included. I assume on the HD. I formatted HD for use with Xbox One so I never used software. However, I am 100% sure no CD came with drive.
