Sure will!!! That's where I have mine and it's glorious. No more fiddling around with piddly 32gb flash drives and 500 gb portable externals trying to hold all my games. Now if I could only find time to play them all.

Yes, when you plug it in to the xbox one it will ask you if you want to use it for games or media. Pick one and your good to go.
