• Yes, on Windows 10 the drive will appear as a hard drive on "This PC" and you can drop files onto it with Windows Explorer.

• Yes you can, it is very easy to setup. If you have a Mac, it sets up a shortcut on the desktop once you run the install software. Same thing for a PC.
