You have to connect both to the PS4. You'll have to add the games from the 1 Tb drive to the PS4's internal HD. Then go under settings, external hard drive...activate the 8 Tb... transfer files. It takes a bit to do.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.On line it shows how to turn on one and turn one off I watched the video but decided to not switch back and forth yet. Drives over 8 tb are not supported. You switch one and off and on at a time IDont know if you can leave both plugged in at the same time. Your 2 drives should probably be a little different like your ,2 drives to keep track don't through away your drive that still works
