Please try again later.No IT only uses a proprietary file sharing protocol that needs to be use via Wester Digital's My Cloud app https://www.mycloud.com/#/ The app is only available for Windows, MacOS, Android and IOS If you need to use FTP or other standard services I would suggest to look at a Synology NAS https://www.synology.com/en-global/support/nas_selector Hope this helps Have a nice one!
