“How can you retrieve photos if it stops working? Tried replacing the adapter twice but that didn’t work. Lots of family photos of parents who are no longer with us and need to find a way to restore or retrieve our photos. Any suggestions?”

I back up the files off-site using a subscription service, so I can retrieve anytime even if my house burns down.
