“Since the My Cloud System is down, i can not access my documents. It is there a way for me to access my documents using the usb port? I connect it, and the computer sees it, but can´t access. I am totally desperate. This is costing me a lot of money”

I have the same problem. Please can WD answer with a method to access My Cloud Home directly either using the USB or ethernet connection. I need the data on my drive. This is a massive lesson learned for me!
