They now go up to 72TB (using 4 18TB Drives) in RAID5 this will give you 54TB of Usable Space.

Using RAID-5, you have the capacity of the number of disks (minimal 3) minus one. IMPORTANT: always make absolutely SURE that you use EXACTLY the SAME disks in all bays! I have made the error of using a disk with a bit more cache and my whole volume was gone... Good luck!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have 4-10TB WD Red Plus Drives in mine in a RAID 5 configuration. which gives me 30TB of usable space. I believe you can add up to 16TB Drives if you need that much space and you can afford the drives. I use my NAS as a Plex Media Server, so it is on all the time, and it is very quiet so other than the LED Lights being always on, I wouldn’t notice it’s running.
