• You can but you may need an adapter Caddy Tray CAGE Hot Swap Plug 2.5 to 3.5

• Hello, Please know, my cloud PR4100 is a 4 bay device where you can use 4 drives at a time to make a storage capacity of your choice which can go up to 56 TB. My Cloud PR4100 supports HDD not SSD.
