• Hello Osiris244, We would like to inform you that you could install the drives one by one to the enclosure. However, if you want to configure the NAS device to a specific RAID configuration you may need to install all the four drives. -Need Help? Please see our "'Contact Us" page for information.

• Hi, You can add as you go, I have installed only one 6TB drive and hope to install the 2nd drive within a week.
